| So I am thinking of buying one of these and was just looking for some feedback from anyone who has one with a good ammount of rounds through them. Any feed or reliability issues? Any parts breaking? Any info would be appreciated. I have done a search and read somethings on them about tight chambers and whatnot but was wanting as much first hand info on them I can get, thanks. |

You can look for my posts about the DPMS LR-308 I have. It took some work to get it "just right". However, it was worth the few hours work. The result is a fine shooting, accurate and smooth functioning target rifle. I really enjoy it every time I take it out. I reworked the magazines, the feed ramps, and the sharp edges on the feed ramp guides. I did not work the chamber. cujet |
| quality ammo will solve a lot of issues. ive had mine for almost four years now, only issue i had was a broken bolt catch. that is a normal occurance with the .308. i did the magazine mods, i do it on all my mags anyhow. a cws will help the life of your brass. check the gas block and bolt catch set screws every cleaning. get the a3 upper. cheers. |
