Hello, This is my first post, and I am completely new to the AR-15. I am looking at building one in the 7.62X25 Tokarev caliber and I was wondering if this chambering actually exists or not, who makes it, and what the cost is. I saw this as a possible caliber mentioned in the gunrag Guns and Ammo. They had a nice spread on the who's who of the AR world, but they didn't mention who chambered the AR in that caliber. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

Go to this link and Marty is your man. There is a thread or two about it. Not sure where the project is at so far, but I know the big issue is mags. The cool thing about that caliber is you can shoot it like a pistol, or handload 125gr rifle bullets into it! I posted pix in that thread of a 125gr Nosler BTBT bullet seated in a 7.62x25 case.
