probably a stupid question, but if i bought a bushmaster 308 stripped upper could i make it work with a Armalight or DPMS lower? Just curios thanks for any help.

I looked into this before and from what I tell how the Armalite and DPMS lower is machined, they would not be compatible.

I don't think they are compatible. If I remember correctly the BM lower is longer because of the way it feeds rounds, and therefore won't work with the Armalite or DPMS lower.
