I recently purchased a bushmaster A3 with 20 inch barrel. Question, does the A3 have the same trigger components as a ar15 or is it completley different?

Same. IIRC the only models that BM manufactures that use a different trigger are the DCM (competition two stage) and maybe the Varminter. All others use the same trigger group.

Thankyou :) Thats good news. I have some trigger components that i got from armourer when i was in Army. Guess i will hold on to them now
