Any one know what the 100 special edition M107 is about. I can not find any info for them.

They were a run of the M107 rifle that the Army contracts from Barrett. It is a standard M82A1 with the addition of spiked bipod feet, a rear hand grip made from urethane that is easier on the off hand than the sheet metal rear hand grip, and a full length M1913 rail.

The M107 says "US Rifle M107" on the left side plate instead of M82A1. The civilian rifles say "M107"
The serial number will say 001  100 through  100  100  in the serial number range.
It will have the Leupold 4.5x14 Long Range Tactical scope as part of the package.
