Think I'm gonna assemble & function test, then disassemble & have lower/upper/handguard Ceracoated either Titanium or burnt Bronze.

Aero. Thinking of chopping it to 16” and adding an AGB for suppressor. Seems overgassed normally and  won’t function with suppressor.

Rainy day toe shots. Need some more better mounts.   Those are mostly just placeholders. PSA 308, Creedmoor, and a PWS .308 Match.

Yes, sight radius.
But I am not 100% sold yet on the look.......\
And not sure that it would be strong enough if I cut the rear mount/gas tube portion off.

I wouldn't change a thing unless you really want to.  Definitely don't cut the front sight's base. If anything put a slightly longer rail on it to cover the shaved block. FWIW I dig the look, it's purpose driven and individual looking.

Nothing sexy to look at but here is my PSA-10. Will shoot hunting 180 loads around 1-1.5 moa. Picked the upper and lower up on daily deals for less than $600. Will update later with my new Aero M5

They are Knight Armament, I like them, but it does add a little weight/width.  I usually run a Harris bipod on it though, but for whatever reason I didn't have it on for the pic.

Mine is MLOK. I know some rail sections if spaced correctly are compatible with both keymod and MLOK. Can you or anyone confirm if they work with MLOK or not?

Here's the new rogue pistol. 12.5" barrel. It weighs 7lbs 14oz as pictured (elcan on a riser, empty mag, etc). I haven't shot it yet, but I'll get it out this weekend to see how it goes. It's pretty awesome though. 5.9lbs naked is pretty light for a 308.

It comes with a standard low profile gas block. I have a govna 2 setting gas block in the parts bin that might end up on this gun depending on how it runs suppressed.

Like the fifth iteration of this gun.  Now that I know I like prism optics, I am gonna find a Steiner t332 to put on it.  Too bad this Burris isn't Japanese.  I works pretty good.....but......

No, a Gen 2 I picked up about 2 years ago. I figured I couldn’t go wrong with $575 and if I needed to, a new barrel and BCG change would be an easy way to make it more accurate.

It’s run good so far that I gave my deer hunting bolt gun to my son and I take this. Less than a pound heavier but I get a shorter overall length including the can.

Usually PSA feels like a crapshoot but I’ve had good luck with what I’ve purchased.

@desertmoon. Unless you just know you like the Steiner T332 I'd skip it. Many better prism options can be had for that money unless they cut the prices. Owned one for a while.

Good info.  Thank you.  I do like the glass (including the T332) but the sole reason for choosing the Steiner was that it isn't made by Chinee. I don't mind using a lesser manufacturer just to test a concept but once I decide I like something then I go for a trusted maker.  I'll have to do more investigating.
