[ARCHIVED THREAD] - A2 grip question

So I bought a takeoff A2 grip on the EE, a KAC SR 25 grip and never stopped to think, do the grips from the
AR 10 platform fit standard ARs?

I can find no answer with Google.....

i was eyeballing that grip for a kac stripped lower i have , good score.

the a2 will bolt on no problem , some grips with a beavertail like the magpul miad's will leave a gap under the beavertail but will still work.

I have a few Colt made A2s, much nicer than what comes with most lpks. I hear the KAC are same quality, figured
I would try it.

I never thought about platform compatibility.
