Having a weird selector problem. CMMG lower with unknown parts kit. With every upper I have when the bolt carrier is held back by the bolt stop the selector won't rotate. When I separate upper and lower and push a little in the hammer I get the same problem. Selector operates normally when bolt is released. I don't have this problem with any other lower.
Any thoughts? |

If I had a good hammer I would pin it to the hammer from the group that had the problem and compare the area right above the flat part of the trigger notch for thickness.
There were some triggers years ago that set a little high also. They had the same finish on the front engagement surfaces as the rest of the trigger instead of the normal bare metal color. |
