The carrier still tries to tilt. The pws extra lip keeps the tilt angle lower when the bcg contacts and rubs against it. I can't really see the sides of the buffer detent. It's not on the sides of the buffer Detent, it's the buffer tube, directly on the sides of the buffer Detent. |

You should be able to turn your buffer tube in one full revolution. My buffer detent sits in the very back of slot. Same 2A Balios receiver to compare to. I don't see any wear issues I would be concerned with. My detent is well used and not perfect as you can see. http://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd382/mhinvest70/IMG_20160327_092723.jpg http://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd382/mhinvest70/IMG_20160327_092442_2.jpg It's not the Detent that has has wear spots. It's the buffer tube on the sides of the Detent. Are you saying I need to do one more full rotation? (I simply followed the instructions) |

It all looks good to me, The piston system will add some wear in the areas that you are seeing it, and the design of the PWS tube does a great job of preventing that tilt from wearing other areas, like the inside of your upper receiver.
Ryan Oh! and thanks for the business! |
