BCM, some really nice uppers for that price range. Or you can spend less than that and spend the rest on an optic.

Also LMT (not the MRP) and probably a colt if that's your thing.

Options wise, BCM should have you covered.

ETA: PSA has lots of options too, and not a bad price point with good barrels.

This. BCM with the standard barrel and KMR-A handguard, add the optional BCG and CH for $70, and you're good.

I think BCM is the best bang for the buck out there. Consistent good quality at  a decent price.
