Hello
This is my first build. I was going to get a yankee hill 1:9 fluted threaded 20"
barrel for 229.  Or a Daniel Defense 18" cold hammer forged threaded barrel for 289

The Yankee Hil barrel isnt made from this "Cold hammer forging process" that is supposedly the best that the DD barrel is
My question is,
is it worth the extra 60 dollars and loss of 2 inches to get the DD over yanke hill?
I want a solid barrel, but this gun isnt for tournaments or anything like that

Thanks for your input

Yes the Daniel defense is worth $289.  You want a great barrel at a great value you can also look here.  Just putting out options.

I'd also take the GMR all day long.
