I am looking for a rail section that mounts to the front sight block. I would like to mount a 1" scope ring and then mount a light in the scope ring. Does anybody know who makes one? thanks

I have one that is for sale here 
I would also suggest getting an actual 1 inch light mount rather than a scope ring. The prices are not too bad and you will get a much better product. |

I've got one of these.
MI front sight rail Does what it's supposed to do, but I wouldn't mount a laser or other aiming device on it, it's a degree or two off of bore alignment. Also, you never said if you have a fixed front sight post or a low profile gas block? |
