What would be a good replacement stock for a woman with a short length of pull and short neck?

Any carbine stock should work. But it would help if we knew your current configuration.

With her palm facing upwards, and her hand 90 degrees to her shoulder; measure from the pocket of her elbow to where her wrist meets the pad of her palm. This will be roughly the length of pull for her to use if she shoots nose to charging handle when squared up with a target.

A carbine (adjustable) lower receiver extension with either a B5 Systems "Enhanced SOPMOD", or B5 Systems "SOPMOD Bravo" stock would be worth taking a look at.

I would think most any collapsible stock would have an adjustment that would be suitable.
Go to some gun stores and handle a few.
Most shooters at a range would likely let someone handle their weapons.
