So Ive been running the 11 inch Rainier Arms version of the Samson Evolution rail on my 11.5 BCM SBR and I cant seem to get it to work for me.  The problem I have is that my support hand rests right where the gas block is and it gets incredibly hot.  So I added the samson rail covers which come branded with a large Samson logo.  I stippled them to get rid of it but then the only way to attach them is by little cheap plastic fasteners that melt from the heat of the gas block.  So I am going to switch back to a free float quad rail.  Who makes a quality lightweight 11 inch free float quad rail.  I really like the centurion C4 but no 11 inch available.  Any suggestions?

ETA:  And it would need to attach using the stock barrel nut

To my knowledge, there are no 11" quad rails that utilize the stock barrel nut.

Off hand, the only two 11" quad rails I am aware of are manufactured by Troy and Larue.

Why not try out some other solutions for the heat issue?  I personally use McNett Camo Form on one of my rifles (equipped with a Noveske NSR) that tends to get rather hot.  Simply doing a double layer of that wrap eliminates almost all of the heat problems.

I like it so much that I now have it on almost all of my rifles.  Or you could try some gloves.  Or go with the 10" Centurion instead of an 11".
