I have just a quick question... I'm right-handed but I'm blind on my right eye so for shooting I have to use my left side and I'm looking to replace the current selector on my DPMS.
Two possible options are the CMMG - AR-15 selector (+-$29.99) and the BADASS - AR-15/M16 ambidextrous safety selector (+-$57.00)... I will like to check on some opinions on this two so I can make a more effective choice on which one get (I just don't want to base my choice on the cost, somethimes the cheaper alternative is as good as the expensive but sometimes you get what you pay and end up getting burn), maybe there a some other options that I have not take on consideration? Thanks! |
| I own a BADASS ambi selector, a Strike Industries ambi selector, and have a Damage Indistries selector on its way to me now. Between the BADASS and the Strike, I like the BADASS more. Feels nice and has a good positive detention. The Strike also has a good positive detent, but is a much "sharper" selector and just doesn't feel quite as comfortable as the other. Looking forward to trying the Damage ambi sometime next week. |
