Im trying to pull the trigger on a 16" barrel w/ a 1/8 twist for my first build but I'm having trouble finding a barrel in a 1/8 twist.  From what I have gathered since I will be running suppressed the 1/8 twist is a good medium ground to shoot a variety of rounds.  I have seen the brand Sionics thrown around on here a few times and they do have a 16" 1/8 twist for a good price.  Any opinions or other options that offer a 1/8 twist?  Sionics also has a chromed lined or Melonite option, which one should I go with (same price). Thanks!

FWIW there are tons of folks running all kinds of rounds suppressed through 1:7 barrels with great results. You may have better luck finding what you are looking for if you broaden your search to include 1:7 barrels.

That being said if you are adamant about 1:8, here are a few barrels off the top of my head:
Ballistic Advantage - http://ballisticadvantagellc.com/?product=5-56-16-hanson-midlength-1-2
Rainier Arms (See: Select, Match, and Ultra Match series) - https://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/browse&category=ar15/m16_barrels_rainierarms
Parallax Tactical - http://www.weaponoutfitters.com/upper-receiver/parallax-tactical-16-lw-barrel-melonited-416r-1.html

Great links, thanks!  Im not adamant on 1:8, its just what Ive been nugged towards from the research Ive done.  Your right there are a lot more 1:7 twist barrels out there. So Melonite or chrome lined?

Really doesn't matter...a quality manufactured barrel is much more important....IMHO
