Eternal parts- without beginning or end; lasting forever; always existing (opposed to temporal ): eternal life.

I'd suggest doing a little of your own research first. replacing parts just for the sake of "upgrading" can end up being nothing more than a waste of money. every part on your rifle can be "upgraded", so be a little more specific about what or why you want to do and you'll get more specific suggestions.

what do you own? what do you use or intend to use it for?

^ ^ ^  This.

Why do you think you need to "upgrade" anything?

Most good lowers internally only need a better trigger (Geissele, for example), and most good uppers don't need anything internal "upgraded" except for perhaps a nitride or nickel boron coated bolt carrier group for easier cleaning..   Even then, the stock phosphate group provides excellent service, unless you have one that is not staked properly.
