So as we all know, Mil-spec and Commercial buffer tubes are not the same dimensions.

I have an old commercial buffer tube/buffer/buffer spring/stock kit on one of my carbines.

I just bought a mil-spec CTR stock from my buddy because i plan to buy a new mil-spec buffer tube for this rifle.

My question is- Will my commercial buffer and buffer spring work in my soon to be bought Mil-spec buffer tube? Is there such thing as commercial buffers and buffer springs? I do not believe there is. But figured i'd double check with you fine gents.

And this will work fine because only the receiver extension is manufactured either commercial or mil-spec in regards to outside diameter for stock sizing purposes.
