So far this thing is light, good looking and very ridged. However, I knew flip up sights and an Eotech wouldn't co-witness, Turns out my TRS 25 on a medium riser or right on the rail won't either.

Does any combo out there give me 1/ 3 co-witness? I plan to use the Bushnell TRS 25 since I know the Eotech won't work

You may need to use a low mount with the TRS.

A better option would be to go with a Primary Arms micro sight and purchase the ADM T1 CASV mount.  If you have money to spend,  buy an Aimpoint T1 with the ADM T1 CASV mount or Aimpoint Patrol, and remove the middle riser, and you'll achieve co witness also.

Are you using the Vltor front site that mounts directly to the rail, and are you able to fit a rear site on the little bit of exposed rail on the upper receiver?

Which eotech would help us give a better indication. Something like a 553 or EXPS probably wouldn't, but a normal height eotech like a 552, 512 or XPS probably would work just fine.

I had the same issue as you. My 512 won't co-witness. I put an aimpoint micro on a YHM riser and get a lower 1/3 co-witness.

This. Anything with the 7mm riser will be too high to cowitness.

EOTech 552 looks like a lower-1/3 to me:
