I'm a fan of the BBB, but a single complaint is hard to base an opinion on. And given that it's a delivery issue, it may very well not be their fault.
Likely not going to order from them due to a simple lack of info, just saying.

Was gonna order from them but read the disclaimer on the front page, they say they are filling retail orders and will do individual orders when they finish with all retail orders , basically saying we are selling to dealers and will sell to you when we have time.

not sure on their uppers, but i called a week and a half ago, asking when the regular bolt carriers were supposed to be back in stock. Was told three weeks so i ordered one, we will see when it arrives

The way I read it was they are only taking orders via email and online, says nothing about just dealers only. Says dealers do as always which I'm guessing means they can call in to place orders. if you keep reading it says:

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETAIL CUSTOM BUILD ORDERS OR RETAIL PHONE IN ORDERS. ONLINE ORDERS ONLY FOR RETAIL SALES!

Hmmm...I think you may have misread or misunderstood their message's intentions.

I just got a notification of shipment for a bunch of FDE Pmags I ordered on 12/19, just to give an idea of there shipping delays for in stock items(PMags were instock when I ordered)

I had bought the 20 SS Bull Varmint upper on sale awhile back last spring $270.00 shipped free. simply because I could'nt build a barreled upper for that price!
I threw a RRA carrier assembly in it along with a used DPMS Charging handle
I does'nt care for my lighter 50 gr. VMax loads. it shows a strong preferance for 69 SMK's over Varget. Not my favorite load to be slingin in bean and hay fields in these parts.

function has been 100% with all my handloads. I had read mixed reviews prior to purchase. I also built a 16" upper with one of there SS Varmint barrels.
