[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Extended Flash hider??

I am looking for a flash hider to bring a 12.5 upper to 16".
Something shorter than the 5.5s for a 11.5" barrel.
Is there anything out there?

Expensive as all hell if you're not going to be using a supressor, but AAC has a Blackout FH that fits the bill.

Yeah I'm with stick, wich one?

Most of the long looking AAC flashhiders hang over the barrel an inch or two but only add an inch or two of real length.

I always figured they sat at the end of the barrel. I'm guessing not?

Nevermind the literature says it only adds 1.75" lol my bad
