You will likely need some better photos than that to get a positive ID. Any markings on the bolt itself? how about the left side of the BC? Any markings on the inside of the extractor?

Yes, markings would help ID it. If there are no markings it could be from any number of mfgs.

Picked it up last night night. Figure its an RGuns BCG, its marked with RG.

The only thing I find weird is the extractor not being coated... Its dark/black, unlike the rest of the bolt.

extractor likely made of tool steel.  Don't worry that's a good thing.
