| I recently picked up a S&W M&P 15 and shot it for the first time yesterday. The trigger on it is bad. It doesn't even reset half of the time! I am looking for a single-stage trigger with a short reset. I looked at some of the Geissele triggers but their website doesn't have very good product descriptions. This rifle is primarily for home defense but I may get into a little 3 gun action. What do you recommend? |

GO to: Geissele SSA I have them on all three of my ARs. They work. |

Here is a single stage option for you JP trigger
I have the EZ trigger set in my 3 gun rifle for over a year now and +3k rounds of hard running, still good as first day. I also run 4 other JP trigger sets JP Original Trigger in the last 8 years and none ever had any problem with screws moving around. The only maintenance had to be done so far is blowing out the crud with compressed air every once in a while and re-lube the contact surfaces. |

I just put a JPFC-1 single stage in mine and absolutely love it. 3.5# pull, very crisp, short reset, yada yada yada. It did take a little work on the disconnector to get the timing just right, but it's covered in the instructions and video.
I haven't tried the other replacements, so I don't have anything to compare it to. |
