I see a lot of used BCGs and just bolts being sold. Many say don't use a used bolt on a different weapon because it's broke in for the weapon it was in. I presume it depends on how used the bolt is tho.
One with a couple hundred rounds doesn't have a lot of wear. So the question is, what round count is to many before you would not reuse bolt in a different weapon?
This applies to new, or used weapons that it might be placed in.

Checking the head space is the only way to be sure. There is no magic round count that determines this, however, a few hundred rounds is usually OK.

The rule I've always heard is you can be fairly sure your headspace is gtg if: new bolt on new barrel, new bolt on used barrel, used bolt on new barrel.
