I have been buying from DSA for many years ,and now like everyone else they are selling AR Barrels and parts
I will not go into detail about the part that was bad or how much I paid for it becouse,The Customes sevice Department Was 1. Very upset that Ithe product was imperfect. 2 .Concerned about their reputation in the Industry. 3.Shipped out a replacement immediately. 4.Insured me that their policy was complete customer satisfaction. 5. DSA's what ever it takes attitude will keep me a faithful customer. In todays crazy world ,finding a Company like DSA is a good thing. Where most companys just want to sell you something,and do not care about quality or return sales.Do not care if your somebody or a nobody like me. Today I felt like a Somebody thanks to DSA customer service. Hank |
