[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Attachment Rails

So I picked up an Apex rifle length tube today. They don't come with any additional attachment rails. I only need 1 for the bottom for a bipod setup. What length rail should I get?

Does it matter what brand I go with? I see the Apex brand is super expensive for what it is. I see other manufac selling what appears to be the same thing, I think for a cheaper price. Will any of them work?

Do you already have a bipod that requires a rail? Many bipods attach to QD sling swivels. No rail required.

I dont have any bipods.
