I ran a search and can't find the info I'm looking for. Wanting real world input on a fixed stock for a new predator gun that I am "building". I ordered a RR Predator Pursuit 20" upper. Building the lower and not sure what stock I want to go with. The RR A2 Operator has sparked my interest. I shouldered one last week on a gun in a gun shop while I was out of town. But he didn't have much in house to compare it to side by side. Cheek weld seems like it would be good with a scope (though the gun he had didn't have a scope mounted). I'm 6'-0" tall, so LOP felt good for me, but I couldn't really shoulder it in different "hunting" type of shooting positions either while in his shop.
This is a "hunting gun" first. I've got other AR's and other guns for defensive or general shooting. I have one A2 stock on another gun and just looking for possibly something different/better for this gun. Real world opinions on the RR A2 Operator stock for varmint/coyote hunting would be greatly appreciated. Better or other alternative ideas are cool with me too. Thanks all! |
