PSA UPPER
You guys heard anything about it? For 400 bucks this seems like a steal and I only hear good things about PSA. This might be a good investment. Slap a lower on it and youre good to go. What do you guys think? |

Actually the BCM 20" Government Profile upper is $399.. with no BCG
BCM 20" Upper Hope this helps some.. then you just need a BCG and Charging Handle.. and maybe handguards.. I don't see them in the pic.. |

I bought the PSA 20" upper for an A4 style build. It runs great so far. I have only had a chance to put 100 rounds through it after I got it on Monday. To my eyes it looks good and the function is good - so far - time will tell with regard to durability and any issues. Seemed like the best deal going when they released it a few weeks ago and so I jumped and I'm thrilled so far.

Bolt carrier is parkerized outside, chrome lined inside, and laser engraved with the Palmetto State Armory logo" I got a 20" upper last week. I just finished putting the lower together Tuesday night, and I am on vacation starting tonight, so I probably won't get a chance to shoot it till later in the month. However, the upper looks good.

So at the end of the day it doesn't sound like they individually HP and MPI each barrel, or at least don't mark them as such. Not a huge deal, but I'll probably stick with BCM.
My 16" CL Hammer Forged Upper is marked as: 5.56 NATO 1/7 CHF CL PALMETTO the BOLT is marked MP and properly staked.. |
