I'll try to help, I speak noob.

Yes a free float rail system, like the Daniel Defense will allow you to mount scope rings directly on the upper of the rail.

You can also mount a grip on the rail as well as lights, lasers etc.

With all that said, if you're thinking about mounting a scope on the rail as opposed to directly on the upper receiver, I trust the scope is going to have an extended eye relief.

Yes, as long as the rail is in spec you can add any accessory with an in spec mount to the rail.

Not every ring for a scope or light will fit .They have to be for a Picatinny1913 rail .Scope rings for a Leupold will not fit ,you just have to be sure whatever accessory you by fits Picatinny rails.

I raffed so I guess I rost.

OP - for the most part yes, you can mount most accessories to a rail that is in spec.  If you buy a cheap rail, it might be out of spec, resulting in rattling accessories.

most if not all... yes.

BTW... that is 2 different questions... "aka" does not apply.

All grips and laser have the proper hardware to install on any mil-spec rail. Spikes bar rail had a problem with mounting a tango down vfg.

As long as the accessories you plan on mounting are in-spec for mounting to a 1913/picatinny rail you should be fine.

Yes . . . wait, no . . . uh, what is he asking?

I THINK you're wanting to know if any accessory that you buy for your rail will fit.  Correct?

If so, any accessory that you buy will fit the rails IF it states "attachment to Weaver or picatinney rail systems".  It doesn't have to have that exact verbiage but should state what it fits.  For example - if the base, ring, whatever states that it is for a dovetail then it will not fit a rail.

It's really not that complicated.  Writing correct sentences isn't either.  Work on it and then get back to us.
