I have this site

YHM

The hooded model without the bayonet lug and sling swivel. Does anyone know if the DD rail will fit? I'm not sure because I think it might be too wide b/c of the clamps used to bolt it on.

Definitely will not fit, for exactly the reasons you stated. I tried to put one under a lite rail fsp because I had one laying around I had taken off another gun. It didn't clear and the omega x has even less clearance than the lite rail. I have seen them fit under the m4 fsp rails though.

I've seen a Omega X FSP modded to fit a PRI flip up sight. The YHM looks smaller than the PRI.

PRI uses a single clamping screw at the bottom of each ring while the YHM uses two for each ring, one on each side.

The PRI will fit.
