Ok so it says you dont need a peel washer or anything behind the flash hider do I really just screw it on?

Yes.  5ft/lb torque iirc

Yes just screw it on plus the direction of the prongs helps keep it tight when fired.

Correct. There's no need to time it like most muzzle devices therefore no need for a washer. I just put mine on as tight as possible by hand and go shooting
Because of the direction of the prongs, it will self-tighten as you shoot.

as a rule, i usually time mine with a crush washer so one of the prongs/flats are down for somewhat of a dust-shield,, probably be useful to you guys out west where it is so dusty.

I stopped by the SEI shop today to pick up one of these for my build. Thats exactly what the guys told me. "You don't need a crush washer"
