Anyone have experience with the product?

I can't seem to find much in the way of reviews/information. Even on Samson's website.

I was in a local Armorer the other day looking for a Troy rear BUIS, and saw they had something they listed as a "Samson Compensator." It looks just like a standard A2 flash hider as far as size, and port configuration/design. (no openings on the downward facing side), but the key difference was that instead of the usual A2 full open hole, this one was closed to the size of a 223/5.56 round. Just like what I'd expect to see on a standard compensator to force more gas out the direction of the compensator's ports.

Knowing most recommended (based on supported/unsupported info) 223/5.56 comp's run in the $75-$100 range, I was surprised to see this items price. (sub-$40)

I need to go back to the Armorer this week  to return the YHM BUIS I purchased. (won't fit my needs/they didn't have a Troy/thought the YHM might work) I'll take some pics, and post if it helps?

Sounds like the Branson.
Is it any longer than an A2?
I'd like to see a pic.

Yep, that's it.  The armorer must have misspelled it when making the price tag. I found a pic of it at Del-Ton.
