How does bushmaster rate? ok I guess, although they will charge you sales tax online, and are pretty expensive, take a look at YHM you can get a chrome lined with m4 ramps and 1:7 or 1:9 your choice barrel for under $200, I got one and am very impressed, otherwise DD m4 1:7 chrome for $169 is always a good bet at bravo.
