I'm building a upper for a 6.8 rifle. Are there any difference between the 5.56 upper and the 6.8 upper. I don't see a difference and figure its just the barrel and bolt. Thanks!

The upper receiver is essentially the same as most current production uppers - you should buy an upper with M4 feed ramps for your 6.8 barrel (and you should make sure that your 6.8 barrel has an M4 extension).

The above is correct. Get M4 for both the above. Fir the rest the only difference is barrel, bolt and mags.
