1st does the Vltor extension work with the Macpul ACS or UBR ?
Also are they any better then a "normal" 6 position military type extension tube?
Other then the 5 vs 6 positions.

I don't know about the ACS or UBR, but mine works fine with the Vltor Modstock, Magpul CTR, and the standard M4 stock. I assume it will be fine with any stock that requires a mil-spec receiver extension.

The UBR comes with it's own extension.

UBR comes with its own tube. The ACS as long as its the mil spec size, it'll work. (I know magpul has comm ACS's planned, I don't know if they have shipped any yet)
