How come I cannot find anything on Surefire's rails. They seem pretty decently priced. They make nice stuff...What gives?
I am looking for a rail for my M&P 15  5.45 x 39 piece. I want as decent rail. Free float.
I'd like a decent price, but I'd also like to support some of the advertisers on here. I will also need a gas block I guess.
Suggestions?

Surefire doesn't make a free floated rail last time I checked. They have great non-floating, two-piece rails though.  I had a set of middies.  The only problem is that the rail sits a bit lower than the flat top receiver.  The height matters to some.  They rail locks up tight.

The S&W MP15T has rails made by Troy...

Buy Troy rails (many lengths available) and you'll have a perfect fit.

Gotcha...so the M&P .223 with rail is a troy and I can just get another Troy rail to put on the 5.45. I really like the .223 rail.

For about $30 more than the Troy FF rails, you could get a Daniel Defense Omega. Better rail IMO because of the no modification, drop-in installation. It is also slightly lighter and still free-floats the barrel.
