I have read a few threads in the past about Noveske Customer service so here is my experience.  

Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with first Sheri and then Joel.  They handled the situation pefectly and I feel better about dropping a pretty penny now than I did before I had a problem.  

Hope you all have the same experiences in the future.

I ordered some Magpul 20 rd magazines from them. They sent me 30 rounders by mistake. They offered to let me send them back or keep them. I decided to just keep them. They made sure that I was only charged for 20 rounders and sent me some free stickers. I thought they were very good people to deal with. Very prompt and courteous.

I have dealt with Sheri and Joel as well. They answered all of my questions and helped me to pick the right configuration for my new Noveske 10.5" low pro upper. Awesome customer service. I got my stamp back and finally got to shoot it last friday, sweeeet!!
