[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Barrel makers

I have a Remington 7400 auto in .30-06. I've been wanting to do a little custom work to it. Mainly a barrel swap to a heavier one. Does anyone know of a barrel company who makes barrels for the semiautos other than ARs? The barrel companies that I have contacted who do bolt action rifle barrels do not do semi auto barrels. I figured I would ask you guys.
