[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Collapsible Stock Receiver End Plate Question

I'm swapping out my rifle stock for a collapsible stock.

I've seen a couple of sling mounts that look like they replace the receiver end plate. An example is this Rear Receiver QD Swivel Attachment Point

My question is: Does this replace the receiver end plate or is a standard receiver end plate required as well?
