Does anybody know if a DPMS Stripped lower is Mil-Spec or not? I know they say they're products are Mil-Spec, but i wanted to be sure so i can attach a mil-spec buffer tube to it.  Thanks.

Mil-spec refers to the diameter of the buffer tube dowwnstream from the threads.  Commercial and mil-spec butter tubes have the same threads.

Now that we have mil-spec "butter" tubes,  how do I attach a toaster to my quad-rail.

Contact ACME, #99 toaster mount.

I have just assembled a couple of DPMS lowers, they went together well, but I have to admit, some of the roll pins were easier to install in the Bushy and the CMMG lowers. But having said that, I bought the DPMS when they were $99 each... compared to $135 & up....
