FYI, I just found out that Sabre Defence rifles come with a shot peened bolt and the black extractor insert, both mil-spec features that weren't listed for Sabre in the last chart I saw. Speaking strictly mil-spec features, that puts it right up there with the Colt, LMT, and Noveske. It sure seems like they've put a lot of effort into building a solid piece of equipment. Kudos to them, now if I can just get it in my hands and test it out

Sabre is good to go - definitely Tier one...with the other big boys! I own 4 of their rifles and all are top quality.

Considering they and Colt are the only ones who supply M4s to the military I would definitely say they are tie one.
