Im building an SPR, only to shoot about 400 yards tops, and can't decide if i want to put a Government 20" or a Varmint 20". Which would be a better choice?

SPR is 18" with a step for the Ops Inc suppressor shoulder.
As for your question If your benching why not go for the heavy barrel.
