[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Teflon vs Hard Anodizing

For a lower, which looks better and holds up better? Any down side to Teflon? I'm thinking of an Anvil Arms lower.

I believe the Teflon coating is added after the Anodizing. So it would have both.

The teflon lower may look different than your upper. However, if the entire rifle is being coated, I'd get the Teflon coating. Robar or Birdsong would be my poison.

I'm 99.9% sure thats how all Anvil lowers are.
