I ordered a Stag 15 Model 2H Pre-Ban upper for my new lower from AR15sales.com about a week ago (before I bought the lower). The lower (ordered from Coleman Tyler) has arrived and still no word about my upper. All inquires via email about the status of the order have led nowhere. Has anyone ordered from these guys before, and do they send you notification of your item being shipped (and/or tracking info)... or does it just arrive at your door without notice?

On a side note, it's the same with C-Products. I bought a couple of SS magazines and no news on that either... and it has been even longer than the upper.

Maybe I'm just being impatient... and even more impatient now that I've received my lower... hehe.

You have to be a little patient in ordering on line. I'm not sure about Stag, but I think he does "drop ships" through RRA. So you may of ordered it from Pete, but it maybe shipping from Stag. Call him, and he'll let you know.

You should of posted this in the Equipment Exchange, or better the Industry section....

I also ordered a Stag 2H upper from Pete earlier this year. I didn't get it for a few weeks. I thought I would have it in a week or so. I called him. He told me to just hang in there...I would have it for the weekend. Well, I didn't have it that weekend...but I did the next weekend.

It was drop shipped from Stag and I didn't get a tracking # e-mailed to me. I asked him on the phone about a tracking # and he said he could get one, but it was a bit of a hassle. I figured his prices were the best around, so why put him through the hassle. So I just waited and am happy with what I got.

I ordered a RRA Stripped Lower about two weeks ago and I talked to Pete on Friday and he is running a little behind on his shipping. He said it's on it's way just give him some time.dbnorton

I ordered a complete RRA carbine and it was shipped on Thur. of last week so it should be here any day. I did call him and ask about a tracking # but he said he doesnt give those out, and for a pretty good reason. He said he gave out a tracking # a while back and the customer tracked it down thru UPS and got his order directly instead of getting it processed thru his FFL, so im sure that caused a big problem so he doesnt do it anymore.

I ordered a complete Stag upper from Pete and had no problems. One thing you should remember is that the order is shipped directly from Stag, so if they are running behind your upper will take a little longer to ship. You should try calling Pete to get a better idea as to when Stag may actually ship your upper.

Yep... just got an email from him. He said I should hope to see it in my hands in a couple of weeks. It's torture staring at a half finished AR!!! Hehe.

I just ordered one of the Stag 2H uppers about an hour ago and Pete told me it would take 10 to 14 days for me to get it.

I've ordered from Pete a few times, and the first time I was all worried because it was taking longer than usual for my upper to arrive. I'm pretty sure some things ship direct from the manufacturer so it takes a little longer than some vendors.

It's well worth the wait. He has great prices, and great service.

Just be patient and hang in there. It WILL get there.
