I wanted one FF tube that was 15+" for a longer sight radius.  I have to make my own.

If you can find one used, Olympic used to make one of their FRISH rails that was 16"

DD also has a 13.5" rail. I think there is a longer, non railed handguard that is longer than 13.5" but I can't think of the name right off hand.

I am not sure if DD has the 13.5" in the Lite series but I hear they may have a 14.0 soon.

You might have a tough time getting a sight on the barrel with a 13+" FF Rail.  Dissy's have a 12" Rail traditionally.  You could use the LMT FSP mounted on the rail if you go longer.  It looks cool, too.

I use a PRI rail on my two ESR rifles.  It's 12" and the fsb is right at the end.

I use DPMS Tuber float tubes on a few of my Varmint uppers. They cover the low profile gas blocks for a clean look. 15 3/4" length. Covers half the gas block on my 26" WOA Match barreled rig.

I run a long 16" cheapo $55.00 DragonFire airsoft 4 rail tube on a lite weight 20" calling build also. You need to chase the airsoft barrel nut threads with a 1.25x18 bottoming tap as they have a very slight differance in pitch. Works out fine for a beater rig and holds my 2 lights and bipod as I hunt solo 90% of the time at night.

I'm gonna second this.  I have a DD 13.5" on my 16" barrel and there's only about 2" of barrel exposed between the end of the rail and the flash hider.  I guess the Larue 13.2" might have just enough space but I wouldn't want to be the guinea pig.
