I am looking at 2 almost identical barrels.

The first is a WOA 16' Mid 1/7 M4 ramps SS Hbar.

The second is the Jtac Recon barrel, which is basically the same thing as I understand it, but has a lighter profile.

I will be putting a supressor on this build so I want a rigid barrel, and therfore I am leaning towards the Hbar.  But the Recon barrel is lighter, and light is nice.

The first barrel is $255 and teh Recon is $265

If it was me I would go with the Recon. I think its Plenty Stiff Enough. Its already going to be Heavy with a Suppressor hanging off the end of it so I would save a few ounces on the barrel if I could.

Are the GTS and Jtac Recon barrels the same?  The GTS looks thinner profiled in pics...but pics can be deceiving.

Ok, that is what I thought.  So the Jtac is right in between the ADCO and GTS...

+1 for Denny's Recon Barrel.

Ive got one in 6.8 scp and its Very Nice and Very Accurate.

Denny is one of the good guys.

Mine weigh in at 32.5 oz on my postal scale, about 2.5oz heavier than Dennys, a little extra material toward the rear of the barrel.

I am thinking of this one...seems like a good compromise.
