Bushmaster will do a special order 1/7. It's in their catalogue.

But, I would stick with LMT.

BCM but they are vaporware at this point
My choices are Colt & BCM then LMT but all three are GTG

What the others said, plus I would like to add special order Sabre Defence and RRA R-4 Govt contour CAR barrel (see PKFirearms.com).

Also consider midlength gas system barrels which have longer sight radius, more handguard area, smoother action and more reliable.
