The  BM DCM tube on my rifle appear to be fixed to the barrel nut  - It looks like its made this way so I'm assuming I have to remove the whole nut/tube assembly in one go. The problem is my barrel wrench is too wide to fit in the gap available. Are there 'thinner' wrenches available ? To show the gap here's a photo,

My wrench is too thick to fit in the 8mm gap between the teeth of the nut and the thicker part of the tube. I can't try to slip it over and half on as the tube (not the threaded part) is wider than the mouth of a normal wrench. I don't know how this was originally fitted - I'm assuming either a thinner wrench or some type of strap/friction wrench was used.

Even though there are threads visible it doesn't appear that tube can be removed from the nut - I'm guessing its crimped in place through the hole thats visible.
