[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Lower Kits

I am looking for a decent lower, i assume i will have to go more upon reputation among you then finding and reviews/etc. I would like to get an inexpensive one, but get as best quality i can. Rather than dig through all of the stores you affiliate your selves with, can you point me in the direction of a kit and a store?
