You can get lighter replacement springs from JP, IIRC or use this method: www.geocities.com/molonlaberkba/triggerjob.html

Somehow I seriously doubt this device is going to have any effect on the trigger pull of an any AR15/M16 rifle, not to mention mounting it is going to be a real bitch.
